We got nobody at reception, ring number on door, no reply txt message saying keys in safe ridiculous. No coffee facilities in the room. Overall experience very poor!!

There is no 24-hour desk and I therefore had a major problem when I arrived late. Mobile reception in the are is poor, so it was difficult to make contact with the hotel and to arrange to check in. Things were sorted eventually, but not much fun at 2.00am in the morning!

The restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices, and the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. We especially enjoyed the chef's recommendations and the waitress's attentive service. Another highlight was the free parking, which made our stay even more convenient. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a lovely view of the garden. We also appreciated the various amenities provided, such as the mini-bar and ironing facilities. this place offered a luxurious and comfortable experience.

Our romantic escape was amazing! We loved the spacious and clean room, which had a stunning view of the city. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the train station and numerous restaurants nearby. Plus, the hotel provided complimentary breakfast, which was delicious and offered a variety of options.

The occasional noise from the nearby factory but it wasn't unbearable and certainly didn't ruin our stay. The staff were attentive and polite, making our stay even more unforgettable.
